Strategic Review and Mobility Assessment Contract

eo consulting undertook a strategic review of concessionary travel services for the London Borough of Enfield. We analysed demographic trends and pan-London service development issues, evaluated options, undertook a financial appraisal and prepared a business case for an integrated service.

We developed new policies and processes, managed a pilot trial of outsourced mobility assessments for Blue Badge, Freedom Pass and Taxicard and put in place a long-term contract for integrated assessments.
